Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or using Mapbuz you agree to them. Mapbuz is operated by PT Digital Teknologi Asia ("we"), Bogor, West Java.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering, signing in or using the service you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and that you are authorized to act for the business you register.
2. The service
Mapbuz helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile, including reviews and replies (with AI-assisted suggestions), review sentiment analysis, Local SEO Score, negative-review alerts by Telegram and e-mail, Google posts, business and customer photos, post scheduling, QR Review, analytics and reports, and team tools. The features available depend on your plan. Mapbuz is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Plans, payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period at the price shown at checkout (taxes may apply). What each plan includes and its limits (locations, team members, monthly AI reply quota and features) are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. A new subscription may need our approval before it becomes active. Upgrades take effect immediately. A downgrade, or a move from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect when the period you have already paid for ends: your current plan stays active until then, and the change itself brings no extra charge and no refund. Downgrading does not delete your locations, members or data, but features that are not in the new plan are no longer available and you cannot add locations or members above the new plan's limits. The AI reply quota applies per billing cycle. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us through the Contact page. If a payment cannot be verified, the subscription is not activated.
5. AI-generated content
AI suggestions can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before it is published under your business name. We do not guarantee any particular result, rating or ranking. The same applies to sentiment analysis and the Local SEO Score: they are estimates based on the data available, not a guarantee of results or of rankings on Google.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to post unlawful, misleading, abusive or spam content, to impersonate others, to attempt unauthorized access, or to overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. You are responsible for the text, photos, offers and links you publish, upload or schedule through Mapbuz, including your right to use any image, and you must follow Google Business Profile content policies. Google may reject, hide or remove posts and photos, and we do not guarantee that a post will go live. Scheduled posts publish automatically within about 10 minutes of the chosen time; if your Google connection is broken or Google rejects the post when the time comes, it is not published and you are notified. QR codes from the QR Review feature lead to Google pages (write a review, Maps or directions); you are responsible for where and how you display them, and you must follow Google's review policies, for example not offering rewards or asking only satisfied customers for reviews, or asking for a particular rating or wording.
7. Third-party services
The service connects to third parties such as Google, Telegram (for alerts), payment providers, e-mail providers and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you in the product or by email.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from your billing page. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith before any formal proceedings.
