What is Mapbuz?

Mapbuz is a dashboard for managing your Google Business Profile, monitoring customer reviews, and creating AI-powered replies from one place.

Do I need to give you my Google password?

No. You connect through Google's official sign-in (OAuth), so we never see or store your Google password.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes. One account can manage many locations, from a single branch to dozens for franchises and agencies.

How does AI generate replies?

AI reads the content and rating of a review, then writes a reply in the tone and language you choose, such as Friendly or Professional, in Indonesian or English.

Can I edit AI replies?

Of course. You can edit any reply, regenerate it, or save it as a draft before publishing.

Can I reply without AI?

Yes. The Reply Manually button is available on every plan. You write the reply yourself and send it to Google. Manual replies don't use the AI quota and still work when this month's AI quota is used up.

Will the reply appear on Google?

Yes. After you approve and click Reply to Google, the reply is published to that review on your Google Business Profile.

Can I use auto-reply?

Yes. You set rules per star rating, for example auto-reply for 4–5★ and manual approval for sensitive or low-rated reviews.
